OK, a couple things:

2! I think I'm subscribed to too many things in Google Reader because I hit Mark All As Read A LOT.
3! You need to subscribe to Lamebook because you'll never hit Mark All As Read for it EVER.

This week I started a quest to simplify. I cut my twitter down from following nearly 400 tweeters to just under 200. Now I might actually sign in more often. AND... I got my google reader under 95 subscriptions and created cute categories such as "BFFs" "Quick Reads" etc... to make it easier to delegate where to read and where to mark all as read. Yeah. You're a BFF. Like you even had to ask!
OMG i was just going to ASK! 95 subscriptions - you must be more bored at work than I am!
